We process applications 6 days a week. Our typical turnaround time is 48 hours. Our screening process is comprehensive and includes:
- Identity Verification
- Credit Check
- Criminal Check
- Eviction Check
- Rental Verification
- Income Verification
- Rental Payment History
We believe in selecting the BEST tenant – not the first.
Once the application has been approved:
- Notify owner of approved application
- Ensure our process has been in compliance with all Fair Housing laws
- Collection of deposit at lease signing
